When the matter was taken up, learned Public Prosecutor submitted on instructions that on completion of investigation, final reports were filed in each of the above cases. This is recorded and bail applications are closed reserving the right of the petitioners to surrender before the learned magistrate and to seek appropriate relief. In the event of an application for bail is filed, the court below may consider the bail application, as far as possible on the same day itself, having regard to the entire facts and circumstances of the case.
