The petitioner herein seeks pre arrest bail on the apprehension of arrest by the Thodupuzha Police Station. Now it is submitted by the learned Public Prosecutor that the police has not so far registered any crime against the petitioner, and so there is no question of he being arrested by the police. The submission is recorded. Accordingly, this Bail Application is closed.
