The petitioners herein seek pre-arrest bail on the apprehension of arrest in Crime No.345/2016 of the Venmany Police Station, involving the offence under Section 306 IPC. They are the parents-in-law of the deceased. It is submitted by the learned Public Prosecutor that these petitioners have not so far been arraigned as accused in the crime, and so, there is no question of they being arrested. Even otherwise, on a perusal of the case diary, I find that the allegations are mainly against the husband of the deceased. Definite materials are not seen against these petitioners in the case diary. Any way, when these petitioners are not the accused in the crime, this application can be closed.
The submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor is recorded, and accordingly, this bail application is closed.
