When the matter was taken up, the learned Public prosecutor on instructions submitted that no crime has been registered in the Kozhencherry Police Station against the petitioner herein. This is recorded and the bail application is closed, reserving the right of the petitioner to move at appropriate stage, in the eventuality of the crime being registered.
