By order dated 28.01.2016, the parties to this appeal and revision petition were referred for mediation. Accordingly, the disputes were mediated at the Ernakulam Mediation Centre. On such mediation, the parties have settled their disputes and entered into a mediation agreement dated 11.02.2016. In the light of the settlement thus arrived at, this appeal
and revision petition are disposed of directing that the terms of memorandum of settlement will form part of the decree. The appellant in A.S.No.441 of 1999 will be entitled to refund of court fee paid in the appeal.
All pending interlocutory applications will stand closed.
