JUDGMENT
The petitioners, who are working as Senior Assistants in the Kerala State Electricity Board, have filed this Writ Petition seeking a writ of mandamus commanding the 3rd respondent to make necessary entries in their service books as directed in Ext.P5 letter dated 11.2.2010 of the 1st respondent.
Today when the case was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that during the pendency of the Writ Petition the respondents have already effected necessary corrections in the service book and in such circumstances, the petitioners have no subsisting grievance.
Recording the aforesaid submission, the Writ Petition is closed.
