The petitioner seeks the benefit of 'Aswas 2015' scheme. Ext. P5 representation is one such request addressed to the first respondent bank. The same is benevolent to the loanees like the petitioner.

I direct the first respondent to consider Ext. P5 representation on or before 26.03.2015. The entitlement of the petitioner to the benefits under the 'Aswas 2015' scheme shall be considered.
