J U D G M E N T
The petitioner is the Manager of an aided school.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is an educational need for sanctioning additional batches in the petitioner's Higher Secondary School. It is further submitted that all infrastructural facilities are available in the school. Ext.P2 is the application submitted by the petitioner for sanctioning additional Higher Secondary batches. It is also submitted that additional batches were not sanctioned to the petitioner. The petitioner relies on Ext.P4 proceedings of the Director of Higher Secondary Education.
