JUDGMENT

The petitioner raised an objection before the Regional Deputy Director, Higher Secondary Education, the third respondent in the writ petition against the provisional seniority of HSST in Vivekodayam Boy's Higher Secondary School. The only request made before this Court to consider Ext.P3 before finalisation of approval.

In that view of the matter, if approval has not already been given before granting approval, the petitioner's Ext.P3 representation shall be adverted by the third respondent. Needless to say that the petitioner and the party respondent manager shall be heard in this matter before taking final decision.
