JUDGMENT
The petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers:
“(a) To issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the respondents to accept land tax in respect of 2.8 ares of property comprised in Sy.No.284/6 of Pallivasal Village as per sale deed no.2576/2004 of S.R.O., Devikulam owned and possessed by the petitioner expeditiously within the time limit fixed by this Hon'ble Court;
(b) To issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the 3rd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P5 within the time limit fixed by this Hon'ble Court after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner; and
(c) To issue such other appropriate writs, orders or directions as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.”
