JUDGMENT

All that the petitioner seeks is for an extended time to file objection to Ext.P4 provisional assessment bill. The bill imposes penalty for alleged non segregation of power load and lighting load.

Any objection filed within two weeks from today shall be dealt with within two weeks therefrom. Needless to say that the petitioner shall be afforded an opportunity of being heard.

Any order consequentially passed is open to appeal under Section 127 of the Electricity Act, 2003. No further directions are warranted.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
