JUDGMENT

The petitioner seeks shifting of an electric post from a pathway to another spot. The petitioner asserts that the pathway belongs to him absolutely. The petitioner has in this regard filed Ext.P5 representation with the second respondent.

The provisions of the Indian Electricity Act as well as the Works of Licensees Rules, 2006 are invoked. I direct the second respondent to deal with Ext.P5 representation as per law. The needful shall be done within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
