J U D G M E N T

The petitioner, who joined service under the 1^st respondent as a Watchman in January, 1996, on daily wage basis, and served continuously for two years and eight months, and thereafter, was reengaged with effect from 21.04.2014, has approached the 3^rd respondent through Ext.P4 representation seeking a regularisation in the present post occupied by him namely, Security. The limited prayer in the writ petition is for a direction to the 3^rd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P4 representation within a stipulated period.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned the learned Government Pleader for the respondents.

On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made across the bar, I dispose the writ petition with a direction to the 3^rd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P4 representation, after hearing the petitioner, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The petitioner shall produce a copy of the writ petition along with a copy
