Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader. No notice is being issued to respondents 6 and 7, in view of the order, which is being passed.

The petitioners have come up in this Writ Petition seeking police protection. The petitioners submit that they have been threatened by respondents 6 and 7, who have made an illegal construction of a latrine, which is very near to his well. It is submitted that this Court, as per Exhibit P2 judgment dated 7.7.2014, directed the Corporation to implement Exhibit P6 notice issued by the Corporation.

The learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that the sixth respondent is absconding and as on date there is no kind of threat to the petitioners' lives. The learned Government Pleader, however, submitted that the petitioners' complaint Exhibit P4 dated 9.5.2015 shall be looked into.

In the above view of the matter, we see no reason to entertain the Writ Petition. Exhibit P4 complaint of the petitioners may be looked into by the Police. The Writ Petition is closed.
