J U D G M E N T

The petitioners have approached this Court alleging that the 4^th respondent refused to admit the 2^nd petitioner to the seat allotted for Scheduled Tribe.

This Court, as per interim order dated 22.06.2012, directed the 4^th respondent to admit the 2^nd petitioner to the Plus One Course (Computer Science) in SKMJ Higher Secondary School, Kalpetta, in terms of Ext.P2 allotment letter.

As the very purpose sought to be achieved by the filing of this writ petition has been served by the interim order already passed, the writ petition is closed leaving the other questions open to be decided later in appropriate proceedings before the appropriate forum.
