J U D G M E N T

Pending issuance of regular permit on the basis of the interim order passed by this Court, the petitioner was granted a temporary permit. Now, additional respondents 2 to 4 are the affected parties and it is submitted that the timing conference is scheduled to be held on 02.07.2015.

Therefore, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 1^st respondent to settle the timings after affording the petitioner and the additional respondents 2 to 4 an opportunity of being heard in the meeting scheduled to be held on 02.07.2015. After the settlement of timings, the regular permit shall be issued without any further delay.
