S.N.D.P Higher Secondary School, Aluva. The appointment has been declined by the Educational officers. Thereupon, Manager

has approached the Government by Ext.P7 revision. Petitioner requests for an early disposal of Ext.P7.

In the facts and circumstances, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider Ext.P7 after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and Manager within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
