JUDGMENT

Petitioner is working in Cochin Port Trust as Auto Electrician (HSK) in Mechanical Engineering Department. Petitioner, alleging inequality in pay allowance of employees of Mechanical Department, approached the third respondent vide Ext.P6 representation dated 13.06.2014. The only request of the petitioner is for an early disposal of Ext.P6 if the same is pending for decision.

In view of the facts and circumstances, if Ext.P6 is pending, appropriate decision shall be taken on Ext.P6 after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
