The District Level Purchase Committee has negotiated with the petitioner to arrive at a price of Rs.35,00,000/- per cent. This is inclusive of the market value and 100% of the same towards solatium. 80% of the total amount to the tune of Rs.11,96,12,515/- is ready for disbursement.

The petitioner shall appear before the first respondent with the requisite documents at 11 a.m on 18.03.2015. The first respondent on being satisfied of the documents shall effect the payment to the petitioner forthwith. It is made clear that the acceptance of the amount by the petitioner is without prejudice to his right under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.
