JUDGMENT
The discrepancy exists as regards the date from which the rent has to be enhanced. The building owned by the petitioner is occupied by the first respondent as a tenant. The petitioner has filed Ext.P9 representation seeking to rectify the anomalies. The petitioner in other words seeks revision of rent for the premises in question.
The Writ Petition is disposed of.
