JUDGMENT
The petitioner is a Bank. They approached this Court is for
an expeditious disposal of O.A.No.142/2002 on the file of the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Ernakulam. It appears that all steps have been completed and the petitioner have been directed to file a proof affidavit on 6.7.2015. The petitioner submits that they will file proof affidavit within a period of two weeks.
Taking note of the facts and circumstances that O.A.No.140/2002 is pending since 2002, the Debts Recovery Tribunal is directed to dispose the same within four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The O.P.(DRT) is disposed of as above.
