JUDGMENT
The petitioner is the applicant in S.A.No.272/2010 on the file
of the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Ernakulam. The petitioner is a senior citizen and seeks an early disposal of the above application.
Considering the facts and circumstances, I am of the view, S.A.No.272/2010 shall be disposed of within a period of four
months by the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Ernakulam.
