Having perused the report of the learned Ombudsman and the application with the materials therewith, we are satisfied that the reliefs sought for by the Cochin Devaswom Board can be granted. The report of the learned Ombudsman can be accepted. Sanction is granted in terms of the recommendation of the learned Ombudsman.
