JUDGMENT
This appeal is preferred against the judgment in C.C.No.343 of 2000 of Judicial First Class Magistrate V, Thiruvananthapuram. The above case was filed under Section 420 IPC in which accused was acquitted by the trial court. Against that, the defacto complainant preferred this appeal after obtaining special leave. This court after granting leave directed the appellant to give notice to first respondent. Even after several directions, no steps were taken by the appellant. On 8.3.2012, the learned counsel appearing for appellant submitted that he is relinquishing the vakalath. Thereafter, no representation for the appellant. After several adjournments, no steps were taken by the appellant. Today when the case was called, there is no representation. In the circumstances, this appeal is dismissed for non prosecution.
