JUDGMENT
Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned Senior Government Pleader on instructions submitted that the bill has been countersigned by the concerned official and the same has been placed before the authority concerned on 10.6.2015. As there is substantial compliance, the contempt petition is closed.
If the petitioner has any subsisting grievance against any other respondents regarding non-implementation of the judgment, it shall be open to the petitioner to initiate separate contempt against such respondent.
