JUDGMENT
The learned counsel for the petitioner has produced before me for perusal proceedings of the Chief Engineer (HRD & GL), Kerala Water Authority No. KWA/JB/E.2(B)/1146/2012, dated 06.06.2015 declaring probation of the petitioner with a rider that “subject to ratification by the Government”. It is also seen that another order No. KWA/JB/E2(b)/313/2014 of the Managing Director has been passed on same day in compliance of the directions in the judgment .
The right of the petitioner, if any, is affected in future, he is at liberty to challenge the rider in the appropriate proceedings. In view of compliance, the Contempt of Court Case is closed.
