J U D G M E N T
Read interim order dated 12.2.2007. This is a matter relating to police intervention in a copy right violation act. This Court has passed a detailed interim order on 12.2.2007. This Court directed the police officers to draw up a mahazar in case any copy right violation is detected. It is also directed that such mahazar shall be drawn and delivered to the person from whom the materials are seized. Therefore, the police authorities shall act only in accordance with the interim order dated 12.2.2007.
This Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the interim order dated 12.2.2007.
