The limited relief sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioners when these writ petitions are taken up today, is for a direction to the 1^st respondent in both the writ petitions, to consider the representations submitted by the petitioners also. The representation of the petitioners in W.P.(C).No.5653/14 is Ext.P4 and the representation of the petitioners in W.P.(C).No.5939/14 is Ext.P5. I have heard the learned Government Pleader also.

In view of the limited relief sought, these writ petitions are disposed of directing the 1^st respondent in both these writ petitions to consider the representations submitted by the petitioners, referred to above, as expeditiously as possible and at any rate, during the process of finalisation of the uniform timings pursuant to Ext.P1.
