JUDGMENT

Petitioner was granted No Objection Certificate for affiliation with Central Board of Secondary Education. Ext.P2 is the Government Order issuing NOC to the petitioner for CBSE affiliation. On account of the fact that petitioner does not possess more than 1 Acre in terms of CBSE Regulation, petitioner decided to apply for affiliation with the Council for Indian School Certificate Examination. Accordingly petitioner submitted Ext.P4 before the Honourable Minister in the State Cabinet and also before the first respondent.

I am of the view, in the light of Ext.P2 No objection Certificate, a favourable decision shall be taken by the first respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment if otherwise petitioner is eligible.

The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
