JUDGMENT
The petitioner requested for permission to continue the
Course and appear for the final semester examination. Therefore, without going through the merits of the rival contentions, this Court suggested to the parties that the petitioner is in final semester of Diploma Course, he shall be permitted to appear for the final semester examination and also be permitted to submit internal assignment project,
rough record and fair record for the purpose of enabling him to complete the course, without permitting him to attend the classes. It is also suggested that final examination centre will
be decided by the first respondent Principal. The suggestions made as above are acceptable to both the parties.
