JUDGMENT
The petitioner, a passenger who arrived at Calicut Air Port on 24.11.2013, has filed this writ petition for an order directing the Commissioner of Customs, Calicut, to release his passport. It is stated that without the authority of law the petitioner's passport has been detained.
Registry to issue certified copies of this judgment to the learned counsel appearing for both sides, if applied for, today itself.
