We have perused the averments in the writ petition

and the statement filed by the Sub Inspector of Police, Mananthavady Police Station. Since different criminal cases are pending between the near relatives of the petitioner, the Superintendent of Police, Wayanad District is directed to look into the statement of Sub Inspector of Police and ensure that the petitioner's grievance is redressed in accordance with law. Let this be done within a period of one month from today. Writ petition is ordered accordingly.
