J U D G M E N T
The petitioner is aggrieved by Ext.P5 order wherein the petitioner was directed to remit an amount of Rs.2,50,000/- of the balance amount demanded for the assessment year within one month from the date of receipt of the order. The said order was passed as early as on 04.01.2014 and the period expired in February, 2014. In fact, there was a further extension granted by the first appellate authority, by Ext.P6; by which the period was extended up to 28.02.2014. The petitioner having not complied with the said order, approached this Court with the above writ petition challenging Ext.P5 order, after about six months. This Court in fact directed the petitioner to pay the amount and come before this Court and for that; the matter was adjourned from 04.07.2014. Till date, the

condition has not been complied with. If the condition is complied within another week from today, the recovery shall be kept in abeyance. If not recovery shall be effected.
The writ petition stands closed with the above
