O R D E R
The above review petition has been filed claiming for extension of the installments granted by this Court. That according to this Court would not be an issue commending review of the judgment. In any event, the petitioner is obliged to repay the amount only in ten equal monthly installments, the first of which was admittedly complied with by the petitioner. It is also made clear in the order that the recovery proceedings would revive only if two consecutive defaults are made. In the nature of the judgment passed; this Court is not convinced that the review is maintainable and hence, the review petition is dismissed.
