JUDGMENT
The first petitioner is the registered owner of motor vehicle bearing registration No.KL-10/Y 3177. The second petitioner is stated to be the owner in possession of motor vehicle bearing registration No.KL-09/P 2797. Their vehicles were intercepted and seized by the respondent on 27.12.2013. It is stated that though their vehicles were seized and mahazars were prepared copies thereof were not issued to them. In this writ petition the petitioners pray for an order directing the respondent to issue copies of the mahazar, if any, prepared at the time of seizure of their vehicles forthwith.

seized. The learned Government Pleader also submitted that copies of the mahazars were not given to the petitioners because they had not approached the respondent. Learned Government Pleader also offered to make available to learned counsel for the petitioners copies of the First Information Reports as also copies of the mahazars which were prepared at the time when the motor vehicles referred to in the writ petition were seized. Copies of the First Information Reports and mahazars were also handed over to Sri.Mohamed Ravuf, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners in open Court. In such circumstances no further orders are called for in this writ petition. It is accordingly closed as infructuous.
