J U D G M E N T

The petitioner has filed this writ petition aggrieved by the action of the 1^st respondent in adjourning the consideration of an application for renewal of permit submitted by him. The petitioner is a stage carriage operator conducting services on the route Kozhikode - Sulthan Batheri with stage carriage bearing Registration No.KL-57/B 1821. He had applied for renewal of his permit in time.

The learned Government Pleader on instructions submits that, a meeting of the 1^st respondent has been scheduled on 15.07.2014 and that the petitioner's application would be considered on the said date.

In view of the above submission, this writ petition is disposed of recording the submission of the learned Government Pleader that the petitioner's application would be considered at the meeting of the 1^st respondent scheduled on 15.07.2014 and a final decision shall be taken on the renewal application submitted by the petitioner on the said date.
