J U D G M E N T
The petitioner who is the Rank No.36 in Exhibit P1 rank list has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to appoint her. Exhibit P1 rank list is due to expire on 30.06.2014. Therefore, she has sought for the issue of a direction to report all the vacancies that are available in the 4th respondent bank to the second respondent. Advocate. Millu Dandapani who appears for the 4th respondent submits that already 22 vacancies have been reported to the second respondent Public Service Commission. In all, 33 candidates have been appointed from the main list, and, the petitioner is No.8 among the persons who are yet to receive advice. Since 22 vacancies have been reported, it is submitted that the petitioner would be advised shortly. The standing counsel for the Public Service Commission assures that Advice Memos would be issued to the candidates for

appointment to the vacancies that are already reported. In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of recording the submissions of the 4th respondent as well as the second respondent referred to above.
