J U D G M E N T
The second respondent had sought for the revision of his
timings. The petitioner opposed the said application contending that his timings had already been settled. In spite of the above, the first respondent issued a notice, Exhibit P2 convening a timing Conference. The said notice is under challenge in this writ petition. According to the petitioner, the timing Conference has not been conducted thereafter. I have heard the learned Government pleader also. Since the timing Conference has not been conducted after it was scheduled to be conducted on 04.06.2013, no further orders are necessary to be issued in this case, except to observe that the petitioner shall be at liberty to challenge any proceedings that the first respondent may issue in this regard.
This writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
