JUDGMENT
The petitioner has submitted Ext.P2 application for the issue of a temporary permit in the vacancy of another service on the route Aluva-Ernakulam-Pathalam. He complaints that no orders have been passed thereon till date. The Government Pleader on instructions submit that, the application would be duly considered.
In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent to consider Ext.P2 application in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders thereon as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of 10 days of the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
