Petitioner had submitted Ext. P4 application before the 3^rd respondent for assignment of an extent of 1.88 ares of land comprised in Sy. No. 80/12 of Puhuvaipu Village. According to him, enquiries were conducted in the matter and measurement is over. So far no orders have been passed, is the complaint of the petitioner.

Having regard to the aforesaid submission and having heard the learned Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of as under:

The 3^rd respondent shall consider Ext. P4 and pass orders within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
