JUDGMENT
This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to take immediate action to shut down the quarrying operations conducted by respondents 9 to 12 in Block No.27 in Sy. No.329/19.3 and 329/15 of Madavoor Village. If the respondents 9 to 12 are conducting quarrying operation without any permission, necessarily, based on the complaint, appropriate action has to be taken by the 2nd respondent against the illegal operation of the quarry.
With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
