JUDGMENT
The grievance of the petitioner, a Co-operative Society registered under the Kerala Co-operative Societies Act, 1969 (hereinafter referred to as 'the Act') is regarding the refusal of the first respondent to register certain amendments to the bylaws passed by the General Body of the Society.
In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of recording the submission of the learned Special Government Pleader that the amendments requested to be registered by the petitioner would be registered. The petitioner to produce the fair copies, that are called for.
