This writ appeal has been filed against the judgment dated 3^rd February, 2013 passed in W.P(C) No. 32186/2013 filed by the 1^st respondent. The learned Single Judge, by the judgment, has issued a direction to the Regional Transport Authority to consider the matter. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that after the order of the learned Single Judge, a decision has already been taken by the RTA rendering the appeal infructuous.

In view of the subsequent events, the writ appeal is dismissed as infructuous.
