Heard learned counsel for the review petitioners, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Kerala State Electricity Board and learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Public Service Commission.

These applications were filed praying to recall the judgment dated 20.10.2014 by which the writ appeals have been dismissed as infructuous. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the writ appeals had not become infructuous since the issue in the writ petition was with regard to the appointment to the post of Mazdoor and learned Single Judge dismissed the writ petitions holding that 200 vacancies were not available, which was under challenge.

In view of the above we are of the opinion that sufficient grounds have been made out to recall the judgment
