This contempt application has been filed alleging non-compliance of the directions in the judgment dated 08.11.2013 in W.P.(C) No.22796 of 2013. When the case was taken today learned Government Pleader submits that in compliance of the judgment, order has already been passed on 18.08.2014.
In view of the fact that order has been passed in compliance of the judgment dated 08.11.2013, we see no reason to continue this contempt petition. Accordingly, this Contempt Case is closed.
