J U D G M E N T
This petition is filed for an early disposal of O.P (G & W) No.52/2013 pending before Addl. District Court-II, Pathanamthitta. The petitioner is stated to be the father of the minor. It is stated that now only one minor is there since the other minor has attained majority in December, 2013. It is also stated that the mother has filed a statement expressing her consent to the appointment of the petitioner as the guardian. In these circumstances, the court below will dispose of O.P (G & W) No.52/2013 at the earliest, at any rate within one month from the date of production of a copy of this judgment.
This OP(C) is disposed of as above.
