The matter has been settled in mediation and a mediation settlement agreement has been prepared and executed. The matter need not be proceeded further. On going through the mediation settlement agreement, it seems that all the terms are legal. When the matter has been settled amicably through mediation, and documents have been executed on the basis of the same, the matter need not proceed further. The mediation settlement agreement shall form part of this order.
In the result, this CRP and the Writ Petition are closed in terms of the mediation settlement agreement. The
