J U D G M E N T
This contempt case is filed alleging that the respondents herein have willfully disobeyed the directions issued by this Court in Annexure-A1 judgment delivered on 31.1.2013 in W.P.(C) No.2645 of 2013. When the contempt case came up for hearing today, Sri.Raju Sebastian Vadakkekara, learned sanding counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that though belatedly a written test was conducted on 4.2.2014, a ranked list was published on 5.2.2014 and that the petitioner in the instant contempt case is also included in the ranked list. In such circumstances, as the selection has already been held, ranked list published and that the name of the petitioner appear in the select list, I am of the opinion that no further orders are called for in this contempt case. It is accordingly closed.
