This contempt case is filed on the allegation that the direction issued by this Court in Annexure-A judgment delivered on 3.2.2014 in W.P.(C) No.3336 of 2014 has not been complied with. When the contempt case came up for hearing today, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the direction issued by this Court has
been complied with and the offences compounded. In such circumstances, I find no reason to entertain this contempt case. It is accordingly dismissed.
