It is alleging wilful disobedience with the directions of this Court in judgment dated 20.6.2014 in W.P.(C).No.9489 of 2014 that this contempt case has been filed. When this matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that in compliance with the directions in the aforesaid judgment, orders have been passed on 3.12.2014. Recording the said submission, this contempt case is closed. Respondent shall serve copy of the said order dated 3.12.2014 on the petitioner, forthwith. It is made clear that it will be open to the petitioner to challenge the said order in case
he is aggrieved by the same, in appropriate proceedings.
